Honest Supplement Reviews is an independent review site covering supplements and products that are heavily promoted online. Our goal is simple: give readers the details the sales page leaves out so they can make an informed decision.
We are not a manufacturer, a reseller, or a medical provider. We do not fulfil orders and we do not process refunds.
Our Review Methodology
- Read the source. We review the official sales page, the supplement facts panel, checkout terms, and refund policy as published by the seller.
- Check the doses. We compare each disclosed dose against amounts used in published research and flag underdosing.
- Look at buyer feedback. We review publicly posted ratings and complaints, and we state when independent review volume is too low to be meaningful.
- List the risks. Interactions, contraindicated groups, and marketing pressure tactics are named explicitly.
- Give a usable verdict. Including "do not buy this" when that is the honest conclusion.
- Update. Prices and offers change, so we revise pages when they do.
Editorial Independence
We earn affiliate commissions on some links, disclosed at the top of every review. No advertiser, vendor, or affiliate network reviews our content before publication or has any right to edit it. If a product is weak, we say so.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not publish fake customer testimonials.
- We do not invent star ratings or fabricate results.
- We do not use fake countdown timers or false scarcity.
- We do not claim any supplement cures or treats a disease.
- We do not give medical advice.
